Whether you are referred by the court, probation, or self-referred, Family First offers an anger management program tailored to your needs. Our certified Anger Management Specialist facilitates three levels of group programs: a 6-week Basic, an 8-week Intermediate, and a 12-week Advanced course. Each group session lasts an hour and combines process work with psychoeducation.

At Family First, we emphasize applying the skills and techniques learned in group to real-life situations, preparing clients for life beyond anger management. Our anger management groups are open enrollment, allowing members to join and complete the program throughout its duration.
